Milk_shake light layers is a super high lift color cream. It gives up to 4-5 levels of lift on natural hair and 2-3 levels of lift on previously colored hair. Light layers is designed to be applied to lengths and ends of blonde hair levels 6-9. For maximum lift use foils or other support materials are recommended.
